30-Day Returns & Refunds

At Ontario Vogue, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Requests submitted after the 30-day return period are unfortunately not eligible for a refund or exchange. Approved refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used when your order was placed.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be:

• Unused and unworn.
• Returned in its original condition.
• Complete with all original components where applicable.

Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned with missing parts (unless the issue resulted from our error) cannot be accepted for a refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If the return is due to an error on our part, Ontario Vogue will cover the cost of return shipping.

How to Start a Return

Returning an item is simple:

1. Email support@ontario-vogue.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Our Customer Support team will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
3. Securely package your item and send it back using the instructions provided.
4. Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your approved refund within 7 days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, please contact support@ontario-vogue.com before returning your item.

We'll provide the necessary return instructions and arrange your replacement once your original item has been received and successfully inspected.

At Ontario Vogue, we offer free shipping on every order, making it easy to shop with confidence.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 7 business days. While delivery times may vary depending on your location, we make every effort to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible.

Every order includes full tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your track & trace number, allowing you to monitor your delivery from dispatch through to arrival.
